Standard Fee Plan

Upward Call Counseling Services is committed to helping people, no matter what their financial situation. Our suggested fee is $75 per session. We can adjust fees on a sliding scale for clients who need financial assistnace and want to complete the Touch A Life Scholarship Application. Please do not let finances be a barrier to you or your familiy receiving needed counseling.

Also, many referring churches or agencies help cover the cost of sessions. We would be happy to work with your referring organization concerning finances.

Insurance Coverage

Each insurance carrier has their own policy. Please check with your insurance carrier to make sure that they will cover therapy sessions for your choice of Upward Call Counseling Services.

There are licensed counselors at Upward Call who work with Insurance, Medicare and Medical Assistance clients. Please bring your insurance card to your first apointment.


Share Plan

When people are referred to Upward Call Counseling Services through a supporting church or organization, often part or all of the cost of their first visits are fully covered by that church or organization. Various arrangements can be worked out with the referring church or agency.

For example, a typical Share Plan would be:

The church covers the first 6 sessions or half of 12 sessions. Depending on the client’s progress and financial status, the church may choose to continue supporting the client for more sessions. The fee scale is negotiable with the referring agency who wants to support the client.

Of course, if the client cannot afford to cover their portion of the bill, they may apply for the Touch-A-Life Scholarship. Kind donors contribute money into this Scholarship to pay for counseling services for others.
